E-Rate program information

The E-Rate program provides discounts to eligible schools and libraries for telecommunications, internet access, and related services.

Current RFP

The Lake and Peninsula School District invites proposals for E-Rate-eligible internet broadband services at 13 locations, with an initial 1-year term beginning July 1, 2026. Alternate contract periods of 3 and 5 years may be considered.

Proposals should include:

  • Options for voluntary annual extensions by mutual agreement
  • Support for scalable service levels due to funding uncertainties
