Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized for their contributions to LPSD? Shining Stars are awarded to staff, teachers, students, parents, elders, school board members, community members… anyone you would like to see honored for outstanding work.
How It Works
- Submit a nomination describing why the person should be considered an LPSD Shining Star (5-10 sentences), along with the nominee’s name and village and your name, position, and email.
- Nominations go through a committee, and the nominee is sent a letter of appreciation.
- The committee selects outstanding nominations to share with the School Board for public recognition.
